Breathe Easy Speakteasy is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization in McMinnville, Oregon. Our mission is to provide holistic health and wellness care, which is safe, natural and clean for members only; for all ages, ethnicity, cultural and religious backgrounds with the intent of learning and growing in both a solitary and community practice through alternative health care practices. We are passionate about holding space and helping others lead healthier lives through self-care. We offer one on one work to our members and their guests; Massage Therapy, Herbalism, and Ayurvedic Detox Therapy. With opportunities for members to mingle during Tea house ceremonies and Yoga Classes. With an outreach to the community in our mobile unit to support the cause.

Have you ever walked into a yoga class and thought, "Oh man this is a lot of work, I just wanted to stretch out." Now we have mixed yoga with massage that the therapist actually moves you! It's called Thai energy bodywork, you're fully clothed, with slight massage techniques including compression will bring your body into complete bliss! This is one on one service.

THERAPEUTIC

The therapeutic massage is a full body massage with firm focus work on trouble areas and medium pressure throughout the body. The therapeutic massage is for those who want to be worked out but relax at the same time. Massage starts with a wonderful essential oil inhalation. Steamed Hot Towels are placed on the body throughout the service for a real treat. Experience it for yourself.

DEEP TISSUE

Deep tissue is recommended for the treatment of chronic tension and various conditions such as whiplash and chronic back/neck pain. Massage starts with a wonderful essential oil inhalation. Steamed Hot Towels are placed on the body throughout the service for a real treat. Experience it for yourself. The treatment may cause some muscle soreness for a few days after treatment.

PREGNANCY

Pregnancy is an amazing and exciting time. We will assist you in your journey, easing the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Depending on your needs, you will be in either a side-lying position, inclined, or in a modified prostrate position. De Lisa specializes in pregnancy massage. *When booking massage please note how many gestational weeks you are.

Wanting an extra twenty minutes added onto your massage for a wonderful Hot Scalp Treatment? Herbalist infused oil blend. Kick your massage up a notch with a four hand service! Massage therapist will continue with your massage as the herbalist preforms the scalp treatment. Great treatment for people suffering from migraines or just needs a little extra Head to Toe pampering for the day. MASSAGE CUPPING

Cupping is a traditional form of healing using suction. As the suction cups glide across the oiled body, it separates the muscle from the fascia to bring the stagnate blood to the surface. Healing of that area begins as fresh blood enters in. We highly recommend this treatment with deep tissue.

*Must be added onto a massage to reduce bruising. Cupping leaves circular marks where the stagnate energy is more prominent. Marks will last about 7 days.

Unfortunately, due to recent no-shows/short notice cancellations, we will be putting our cancellation policy into effect. If you are unable to attend your service, please notify us via text or voicemail as soon as you can with your next available day you would like to move your appointment to 971.267.5227. DO NOT REPLY TO CONFIRM EMAIL TO CANCEL.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the FULL service price. If you reschedule within the next two weeks that amount can be used on your next service. If that service is canceled, there will be no refund.

Placental ENCAPSULATION

Placenta encapsulation is a process in which, immediately following the birth of your baby, your placenta is taken, cleaned, dehydrated, and ground into a coarse powder. It’s then placed into small capsules that look exactly like any other vitamin or supplement we might take. The Process:

RAW Method: This method delivers the highest potency of the pills. This is because it is not cooked before it’s dried. Preserved in Ginger, Lavender, Lemon and Lime, then dehydrated before being ground into a powder and encapsulated. These pills expire after approximately one year of freezer storage.

De Lisa will pick up your placenta from your birthplace (whether it be at the hospital, birth center, or at your home) and process it in a sanitary workspace at Breathe on special equipment reserved for placentas only. The placenta pills are then usually Pickup/dropped off to the mother within 2-3 days. Your special pills should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Take a couple times a day for the first month to fight Baby Blues and build your milk supply up. If too much energy or jitteriness occurs, take half of the amount. Then take when needed, during mensuration, energy boosts or when milk supply is getting low.
